Yes. Send the request from the generation page when possible so the book record and generation state are linked automatically.

You can still contact us. Add the best email address for replies and include any book or order details you have.

Can support see my whole account?

When you contact us from inside the app, we attach the specific account, book, order, or page context needed to investigate.

Where will I see replies?

Support replies go to the email address you provide.
